Organization

The foundation is responsible for the project selection in the different parts of the Global South. The planning, development and implementation of the projects is carried out by Asjeba Management AG (100% part of Asjeba Group). The construction and operation of the local projects, is handled by local special purpose companies in the respective developing countries, which are 100% owned by the Foundation.

Project Management & Distribution

The project management is handled by Asjeba Management AG. The assignment includes the management of a project over the period of 20 years of emphyteutic land lease (development, operation, amortization, return) and concerns both the establishment and management of production operations and the improvement of the living conditions of the population. This includes, among other things, the construction of infrastructure such as local crop processing facilities, schools, hospitals, renewable energy powered grids, transport routes, etc. The mission also includes setting up the organisation for the distribution of the goods produced.

Sustainable impact

In order to ensure the sustainable impact of the project in the long term, the restored land will be handed over to a local foundation set up specifically for this purpose, i.e. to the local communities, after the project management has been completed. This foundation will ensure the operation and long-term security of the infrastructure in the interest of the people involved and future generations.
